ONE MONTH TO GO!

Only one more month until we take off!  We have most everything set to go and we'll be moving the rest of our things into storage in a few weeks.  We have all our necessary visas, all our vaccines, and the car has been OK'd for the hike to Michigan.

We'd love to hear any recommendations of cool things to do/places to stay from anyone who's been to the places we're headed (see previous post).
Can't wait!!

PS-on another note, my cousin Melissa is being deployed to Afghanistan just a couple days before we take off.  She's a nurse in the navy and will be over there for 6 months (8 months total with training).  She is a very brave girl and pretty much kicks ass.  Please keep her and her family in your thoughts.
